1. All prices are quoted in United States funds.

8. All customer requested changes or cancellations are subject
to acceptance by MarkeTools. We will make every effort to
accommodate any reasonable request without any additional
cost to the purchaser.

2. MarkeTools will ship orders by the best and most economical
way to meet customer delivery requirements, unless otherwise
stated by the customer.

9. A service charge of 1.5% per month is due on all open invoice
balances which are past due. Purchaser agrees to pay all
reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs.

3. Terms are Net 30 Days on approved credit.

10. Please request warranty information on each item when necessary.

4. Prices do not include state, sales or use taxes. A Certificate
of Exemption must be filed with MarkeTools
when applicable.

11. All prices are F.O.B the factory unless otherwise stated.

5. We Will not accept returned materieal without a
"Return Goods Authorization" having been issued
to you by our office. All returned goods are
subject to a minimum restocking charge of 20%
plus all transportation charges, and are subject
to inspection by MarkeTools.
6. All prices, discounts, specifications and policies
are subject to change without notice. This price list
supersedes all previously printed price lists.
7. Any shortage, loss, or damage in shipment must be reported
to MarkeTools and delivering common carrier immediately
on receipt of shipment. All damage must be noted by consignee
on the delivery receipt. All concealed damage must be reported
by consignee to common
carrier within 7 days after receipt of shipment.
